Aquila Jackson, MPA

President & Board Chair

Aquila Jackson, MPA, is a nonprofit leader, public servant, and community advocate committed to creating opportunities for children, families, and communities throughout the U.S. Virgin Islands. As Co-Founder, President, and Board Chair of Omni Ignited Inc., she provides strategic leadership grounded in faith, collaboration, accountability, and service.

Mrs. Jackson brings more than a decade of experience in community outreach, program coordination, youth and family engagement, and special event management. In her professional role with the Virgin Islands Department of Health, Maternal and Child Health Division, she develops educational and outreach initiatives, builds partnerships with schools and community organizations, and connects young people and families with programs and resources that promote healthy living, personal development, and overall well-being. Her community service has also included leadership with Sisters As Agents of Change Inc. and involvement in programs supporting mentorship, education, and youth empowerment.

Mrs. Jackson earned a Master of Public Administration, a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Information Systems, and an Associate Degree in Business Management from the University of the Virgin Islands. Through Omni Ignited, she is dedicated to building sustainable programs that ignite purpose, strengthen leadership, expand opportunity, and empower individuals to make a meaningful difference in their communities.
