Ignite Youth is being developed as a structured mentorship and positive youth development initiative. The program area will create supportive relationships and guided experiences that help young people strengthen confidence, recognize their gifts, set meaningful goals, and make positive decisions.

Experiences may help young people build skills, explore college and career options, strengthen financial knowledge, and develop an entrepreneurial and service-minded outlook.

Where professional services are needed, Omni Ignited intends to work through qualified partners and appropriate referral pathways.

Ignite Talents is being shaped to give young people constructive ways to develop skills, express themselves, build discipline, and experience achievement. Sports, arts, music, media, culture, and creative expression may serve as vehicles for teamwork, confidence, and connection.

Supporting the Virgin Islands
Community Resilience & Response
Omni Ignited also intends to support community resilience and, when resources and circumstances permit, may activate charitable outreach initiatives in response to disasters and significant community needs in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Any direct assistance program will be developed using defined eligibility criteria, appropriate safeguards, and Board-approved procedures.
